

The Beginning of Flewid Flow
It started back in 2001; When John arrived to America.
he found himself in a community of well diverse age groups.
Only to find himself looking up to the elders for guidance and mentor ship as a youth.
He discovered most of them had issues with their health and bodies..
with this new found insight, he noticed the community had similar issues as well.
Preventing them from doing what could be perceived to be basic movements of the body.
"walking, kneeling, squatting, running, bending, balancing"... the list continues.
At a young age he sought out to have better results in his later years.
which got him to question and see
" What does it mean to be HEALTHY?"
in comparison to the life and
for the decades ahead of him.
he made it his mission and sought out ways
to obtain and sustain "great" health for the years to come.
which lead him to the practices of martial arts and calisthenics.
After many years of practice. He has learnt
"It's not what you do, it's how you do it."
and doing things in a "certain way" is what produces
the Differential results.
As a result others have said
"he has developed a form of strength, flexibility and mobility that is unique to him." Hearing this inspired him to the idea of sharing that which he has learned.
To those he has shared with, they have gained plentifully.
Thus begun Flewid Flow... the summary and beginning of all that he has learned and practiced.
